1. Scope
This policy applies to services supplied by 3NT Solutions LLP when incorporated into the service contract. Use must comply with laws applicable to you, your activity and our provision of the service, including applicable requirements at its location. It does not make every law of every country applicable to every customer. Express resource entitlements in an accepted order take priority over general descriptions.
2. Prohibited activity
Do not use the service to operate or distribute malware, ransomware, malicious command-and-control infrastructure, phishing kits, stolen credentials or fraudulent schemes; obtain unauthorised access; conduct credential stuffing, malicious exploitation or denial-of-service attacks; or facilitate unlawful surveillance or theft of data.
Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of children, terrorist recruitment, credible threats of violence, human trafficking and other unlawful content are prohibited. Do not knowingly facilitate unlawful supply of goods or infringement of intellectual property rights. Lawful criticism, reporting or discussion is not prohibited merely because it is controversial.
3. Messaging and network conduct
Unsolicited bulk messaging, deceptive headers, open mail relays, deliberate evasion of anti-spam controls and address harvesting for unsolicited campaigns are prohibited. Lawful transactional and authorised marketing messages remain subject to the law and the service's disclosed email restrictions.
Use only assigned or authorised IP addresses and network resources. Do not spoof addresses, make unauthorised route announcements or bypass resource limits. Testing external systems requires valid permission from their operator and our prior written approval where it could affect our network. DDoS stress testing against our infrastructure requires prior agreement, including when the target is your own server.
Public relay services, high-impact security research, unusual sustained network workloads and cryptocurrency mining require prior agreement where they fall outside the purchased service. An approved use remains subject to law and the documented resource limits. Ordinary remote administration or a reverse proxy for your own application is not, by itself, abuse.
4. Compromise and protective action
Being attacked, receiving spam or suffering a compromise does not automatically establish deliberate misconduct. You must reasonably cooperate in containing harm and securing systems you control. We may filter, rate-limit, isolate or temporarily suspend an affected resource to protect the service or others. The scope and urgency should reflect the actual risk.
For a remediable issue without an immediate threat, we normally notify you of the concern, the steps required and an appropriate deadline. Active serious harm or a legal requirement may require immediate action without prior notice. A report is evidence to assess, not automatic proof of a violation.
5. Reporting and review
Reports should identify the resource, time and time zone, observed behaviour and useful evidence. Do not send unlawful images or unnecessary personal data. Ordinary messages to abuse@3nt.com are automatically forwarded to the customer, including the sender’s address. Use security@3nt.com for confidential reports and legal@3nt.com for legal process. We do not accept abuse or authority requests through the website contact form.
You may challenge a restriction by replying to the notice or contacting legal@3nt.com. An authorised person considers relevant information and may correct the decision. We explain the result unless disclosure is prohibited or would materially prejudice a specific investigation or safety interest.
6. Termination, data and money
Serious, repeated or unremedied breaches may justify termination under the contract. Suspension does not itself authorise deletion of all data or forfeiture of all prepaid money. Export, preservation, deletion and refunds follow the contract, the relevant policies and mandatory law.
Any recovery of incident costs requires an appropriate legal or contractual basis, evidence of the loss and an opportunity to dispute it. A blacklist entry alone is not an automatic fine. This policy does not authorise unagreed card charges or double recovery of the same loss.
7. Use through another provider
Resellers and hosting providers must apply materially equivalent acceptable-use restrictions to their downstream customers, including further resellers, and maintain a working process for attribution, investigation and proportionate remediation. See the Reseller & Hosting Provider Policy. You must not route prohibited activity through another account, brand or intermediary to evade a restriction.
