01 / Ordinary abuse

Report technical misuse.

Identify the resource, the activity and the time it occurred. Include concise technical evidence that helps the customer investigate.

Automatically forwarded to the customer.

Your report and sender address are included. Use the confidential channel if these details must remain private.

02 / Confidential security

Keep sensitive details in the right hands.

For sensitive security information, vulnerabilities or reports where the sender’s identity needs protection.

Reviewed internally.

This address does not automatically forward messages to customers. Explain any confidentiality requirement in your email.

03 / Legal & authorities

Send process to the Legal Team.

For orders, preservation, disclosure and emergency authority requests. Include your official contact, legal basis and precise scope.

Before you send

Make the report
actionable.

  1. Locate it. IP and port, domain or exact URL.
  2. Time it. Date, time and time zone; UTC preferred.
  3. Explain it. Observed behaviour and safe supporting evidence.

Do not send passwords, private keys, live malware or unlawful imagery. Ask the relevant team to agree a secure transfer method for sensitive evidence.
