1. Purpose and scope

3NT Solutions LLP may request selective verification to prevent fraud and unauthorised account or payment use, protect infrastructure and meet applicable legal obligations. A check may be relevant before activation, during service, when restoring access or when a refund recipient needs to be verified. A request or unsuccessful result does not by itself mean that a person has acted unlawfully.

2. When a check may be needed

Reasons may include material inconsistencies in account or payment information, evidence of an unauthorised payment or access attempt, a need to establish a representative's authority, a possible match against applicable sanctions, or a specific legal obligation. A substantiated requirement of a payment provider is distinguished from a legal obligation applying directly to us.
We consider the circumstances and the necessity and proportionality of the information requested. Exact detection thresholds may be withheld where disclosure would undermine security, without withholding information we must provide by law. Nationality, an IP location or a name match alone is not conclusive proof of a prohibition.

3. Information and safe submission

Depending on the purpose, a request may concern identity, contact information, a payment, account control or authority to represent a company. Corporate checks may require registration, ownership or control information where relevant. The request explains what is needed and the secure submission method. We seek no more information than necessary for the identified purpose.
Do not send passwords, authentication codes, full card credentials, CVV values, private keys or seed phrases. Do not upload identity documents through the website contact form. Before a third-party verification process is used, the applicable provider, information and relevant privacy arrangements must be identified to the customer.

4. Biometrics and disputed results

This policy does not itself authorise biometric recognition or constitute explicit consent to special-category processing. Any such process requires an appropriate lawful basis and condition, specific information and the safeguards applicable to it. Where consent is used, it must meet the legal requirements for valid consent.
You may contact legal@3nt.com to discuss a technical failure, unsuitable document, accessibility need or objection to a proposed method and request a proportionate alternative or human review. An automated result alone is not treated as definitive proof of fraud. We do not impose a cost-recovery deduction solely for refusing biometric processing or exercising data rights.

5. Time and service restrictions

The request states the actions needed, a reasonable response period and potential consequences. Ask for an extension or alternative promptly if necessary. Delays caused by us or a verification supplier are not treated as your failure to cooperate.
We may defer activation or restrict functions connected to a substantiated risk while the issue is assessed. Immediate restrictions may be necessary for an active threat or legal prohibition. A final decision to refuse or end a service takes account of the available information and is subject to human review. Failure to meet a response deadline does not automatically trigger deletion of existing server data.

6. Refunds and records

A refusal or inability to complete verification does not automatically remove refund rights. Any deduction must satisfy the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, including its triggers, exclusions and limits. We do not treat an unexplained risk refusal as an entitlement to keep the customer's money.
Verification records are governed by the Privacy Policy. Identification documents, biometric data, results and decision records may need different retention periods. We do not assume that a financial-sector retention rule applies to every hosting customer or that accounting obligations require all identity materials to be kept for the same period.

7. Verification through a reseller

If you resell or allocate infrastructure, you must apply the Downstream Customer Verification Standard to the relevant customers and extend materially equivalent obligations to permitted further resellers. Required verification must be completed when a substantiated trigger or lawful condition applies. Equivalent methods may be used; this does not require universal passport collection or automatic sharing of identity documents with 3NT.
